Adult Cooking Class at Eckert's

We’ll start this class off with a tour of the farm to see how the crops are growing this season. Back in the classroom, we’ll prepare recipes using the freshest of the season, including Asparagus with Hollandaise, Pick-Your-Own Salad and Chicken with Herb Sauce. For dessert we will serve a seasonal surprise! Event will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Country Store in Belleville. $30 per person. Space is limited.
