Job Summary: Our client in St. Clair County is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant are to disperse mail, answer phones, enter data, file paperwork, type correspondence, run errands, basic accounting & other office-related tasks as assigned.

Location: St. Clair County, IL
Position Type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: $15/hr

Qualifications: Successful candidates will have previous office-related experience and/or related education. Candidates must have 1 year of data entry experience; 6 months of basic accounting experience & payment processing experience is preferred. High energy, a customer service mindset, & excellent verbal/written communication skills are a must.
