Job Description

Job Summary: Our 2nd generation family owned and operated client that has been in business for over 45 years is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant are to disperse mail, answer phones, enter data, file paperwork, type correspondence, setting appointments, distribute tax returns, mange e-filing of returns and other office related tasks as assigned.

Location: St. Clair County, IL
Position type: Full Time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: Up to $20/hr, BOE
Shift: M-F, 8a-4p (Tax season will include Saturdays and 2-3 evenings per week)
Benefits provided by Client (once hired on): Health/dental/vision insurance, vacation and sick pay

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a front office setting, answering phones/greeting customers with high energy, a customer service mindset, and excellent verbal & written communication skills.
