Salary: Up to $40,000/yr, BOE

A local St. Clair company is searching for a Customer Service Representative who will have core responsibilities in managing client accounts and assisting customers in their inquiries. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the Customer Service Representative to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed Customer Service team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential.
