Job Summary: Looking to wear jeans every day? Our locally owned client in St. Clair County is looking for an Office Manager to join their team. The Office Manager will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the office, handle all financials, process paperwork and provide excellent customer service. Looking for someone that can create and maintain a filing system to keep office organized as well as keeping all the books up-to-date. They are looking for a qualified candidate that can step in and make the office their own.

Location: St. Clair County, IL
Position type: Full Time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: Starting at $15/hr (pay increases based on performance)

  • 2+ years of experience in AP, AR, payroll & QuickBooks
  • Looking for someone that knows their way around car parts, working with a wide range of motor vehicles while helping customers with finding the right part for their vehicle.
  • Managing all financials and collecting payments.
  • Car knowledge is a plus.
