Col. Terrence Adams, 
Commander, 375th Communications Group, Scott AFB

Colonel Terrence A. Adams is the Commander, 375th Communications Group, Scott AFB, Illinois. He leads 725 personnel in two squadrons: the 375th Communications Support Squadron and the 375th Communications Squadron. He is responsible for providing U.S. Transportation Command, Air Mobility Command, the Army’s Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, 18th Air Force, the 618th Air Operations Center, three total force flying wings and 28 tenants with innovative, cyberspace capabilities for their global reach missions. His personnel operate and defend a cyberspace hub supporting systems and infrastructure for the Department of Defense at over 200 sites around the world. The unit also develops mission specific software to enhance mobility operations, monitors and maintains joint command and control systems and manages resources valued in excess of $2 billion dollars.
 

 
Tony Bryan,
Executive Director, Midwest Cyber Center

As Executive Director of Midwest Cyber Center, Tony Bryan brings a wide variety of expertise, and a big desire to serve his community. Tony is responsible for building strong programs to engage veterans and students in the cyber industry and ensuring long-term viability of the organization’s mission.

Prior to joining the MC², Tony was an original team member of the nationally recognized nonprofit organization, The Mission Continues. He built and managed all fundraising efforts resulting in multiple corporate partnerships and strong individual giving programs. Tony also served as a Military Police soldier in the United States Army for 9 years. During his time in service, Tony was selected to be the youngest Drill Sergeant in his organization and prepared over 2000 young men and women to serve their country.

When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Addie and their four children. He also coaches football and helps other nonprofits meet their goals through board service.



Nick Powers, 
Vice President and Director of Enterprise Technology Solutions, Aegis Strategies, LLC


Nick Powers is a Vice President, and Director of Enterprise Technology Solutions at Aegis Strategies, LLC. Aegis is a consulting firm that values partnerships and people over all else. Aegis provides services that include supply chain and information technology consulting which has a proven track record of exceptional service. Nick graduated from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in 2001 with Bachelor’s degrees in Administration (Economics/Finance) and Computer Management Information Systems. He has worked in the St. Louis region for both start-up companies and large companies. Through it all he has maintained the philosophy, "As a technologist, I must work to understand the business before I can build impactful software and systems". He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), ScrumMaster, and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), and is actively involved with the Midwest Cyber Center (www.midwestcybercenter.org) and St. Louis Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) chapter.
