Event Description:
One of the largest student organizations on campus, the Belleville East Lancer Band motto is NMAOTBA: “Never Miss An Opportunity To Be Awesome!” and proudly boasts the accomplishments locally, statewide, and nationally of the BTHS East Marching Lancers, Concert Jazz Orchestra, Jazz Band, Jazz Ensemble, Indoor Drum Line, Color Guard, Wind Ensemble, Wind Symphony, and Symphonic Band.
The mission of BTHS District 201 is to “provide all students with a quality education and lifelong learning skills necessary to meet tomorrow’s challenges”. The Belleville East Band & Orchestra Parents (BEBOP) is a nonprofit 501(3)(c) organization the supports the Lancer Band Program in it’s endeavors to continue to provide high quality music education to students while ensuring the community’s access to the musical arts.
BEBOP assists in the purchase of new and replacement instrumentation & equipment, uniforms, music & other required resources, clinical staff stipends, and thereby, offering to our community the gift of music and support of the arts.
BEBOP invites you to join us in supporting our awesome students through our annual fundraiser, “Jazz at the B’Eastro” on Saturday, March 17th , 2018.
