Our Panelists:
Tamara Keefe is the founder and Flavor Temptress of St. Louis-based Clementine’s Naughty and Nice Ice Cream. Tamara has always had a deep passion for ice cream and what it represents: family, community and moments of connection. She has over 25 years of experience working in corporate America. Locally, Tamara is a board member of the St. Louis Civic Pride Foundation and a member of EO Entrepreneurs Organization serving as MyEO Chair (2022) helping businesses grow and thrive.
Debbie Njai (BSBA 2011) is a health and wellness advocate who holds a deep passion for black health, the environment and providing equal access to it. Debbie is the Founder of Black People Who Hike (BPWH) which serves as a platform to empower, educate and reengage black people to the outdoors. Debbie is also the Board Vice President for Missouri Coalition for the Environment (MCE) and Co-Founder of #BlackHikersWeek.
Allison Hershberger brings over 30 years of event industry expertise to the table. From orchestrating large-scale trade shows with over 100,000 attendees to intimate celebrity marketing events, weddings, and non-profit fundraisers – she’s done it all. In 2017, Allison acquired Parties & Props, a boutique design and décor firm based in St. Louis. Under her leadership, the company has evolved into Parties & Props Event Production Group, now an industry leader recognized for designing, building, producing, and implementing innovative concepts for corporate and social events throughout St. Louis and beyond. Today Parties & Props produces more than 300 events annually, embodying their tagline, “the Party Starts Here.”
