Lucinda Perry Jones will provide insights into how to expand your range of view to uncover your leadership blind spots. By boosting your powers of observation, and creating a safe space for peer feedback, you can magnify your leadership skills to uplift you, your team, and your organization.
Lucinda is Principal of Accelerate Change, a leadership consulting company based in St. Louis, Missouri. She is a visionary executive with more than 25 years' success in designing and leading transformational change initiatives. Her passion lies in promoting collaborative, entrepreneurial strategies that lead to healthy, thriving communities. Lucinda has held positions in nonprofit organizations, state government, and for-profit businesses, specializing in organizational strategy, program management, policy, and philanthropy. Lucinda is currently a doctoral candidate at Brandman University's Organizational Leadership Program in Irvine, California. She earned a Master of Public Administration from Saint Louis University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Performance from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
